ORDERING AND SHIPPING

All orders (including overnight and 2 day delivery) received no later than 5:00 PM Pacific Time will require one full business day for processing and packing at our warehouse before being shipped. Standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on weather (please see more info below). We ship via UPS and Fed Ex and also offer Next Day and 2-Day air shipping.

Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (This excludes weekends and holidays).

Someone over the age of 21 must be present to sign for any packages containing alcohol (Federal Law). Three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to us. Once returned, we must charge a $10 rerouting fee on all packages reshipped. To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend delivery to a commercially zoned business address.

We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes. We cannot ship internationally.

EXTREME WEATHER

To preserve the quality of the wines during Cold Winter months, we strongly encourage you to select 2-Day air shipping to the following states: CO, IA, ID, IL, MI, MN, NE, NH, ND, NY, WI, and WY. If we notice extreme temperatures around the country we will hold your order until temperatures normalize. Wine will be shipped as soon as the weather becomes more temperate.
