Reserve Pinot Noir Rosé showcases the lively fruit characters of
Pinot Noir combined with the toasty qualities of reserve wines and
extended aging.
TASTING NOTES
This copper-hued rosé is as spectacular to look as it is to taste.
Aromas unfold with layers of strawberry cream and freshly baked
bread. The first taste sensation of a fresh, refreshing palate with
strawberry and tart cherry flavors gives way to a creamy mid-palate
of toasty raspberry and plum. True to the Reserve style, it offers
seamless structure and a lingering finish.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
This bold sparkler’s rich complexity and balanced acidity make it
pair with a wide variety of foods, particularly Bouillabaisse and
seafood stews.
